Returns & Exchanges Policy (Lebanon Only)
We want every jar to arrive happy. If your item arrives damaged in an unusable condition, we’ll exchange it. We do not offer refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange only for items damaged in transit or received defective/unusable.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:

the outer shipping box & label,
-
inner packaging, and
-
the product and damage.

Items must include all original packaging.
Note: Normal variations in texture/scent/color due to natural ingredients are not considered defects.
How to Request an Exchange
Email contact@thehappybeef.com with your order number, unboxing photos/videos, and a brief description.
If approved, we’ll share return/exchange instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs

If the item was damaged/incorrect, we’ll cover exchange shipping or arrange a replacement dispatch.

For any returns sent without prior approval, shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
What We Don’t Cover

Opened/used items without transit damage

Changes of mind, preference, or sensitivity reactions (please patch-test)

Damage from improper storage or use

Sale items and gift cards
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. Approved cases receive a replacement of the same item.
Region Note
We currently serve Lebanon only. EU “cooling-off” provisions do not apply.
