When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Happy Beef may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Products are sold for personal use only; resale is prohibited without our prior written consent.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and shown in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs or import charges.
Currency: USD.
Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) within Lebanon.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information so we can complete your order and reach you as needed.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Service Region: We currently ship within Lebanon only.
Timeline: Standard delivery is 2–4 working days across Lebanon.
Tracking: Tracking is provided for some orders.
We work closely with our delivery partners to get your order to you within the indicated timeframe. If there’s a delay, loss, or damage in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.

Our Services, including trademarks, names, text, images, graphics, packaging designs, and overall branding, are owned by The Happy Beef or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Happy Beef is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with The Happy Beef. Product Use & Allergies: Our products are formulated with natural, organic ingredients. However, The Happy Beef is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of the product. A patch test is recommended, particularly for facial use. Use only as directed.
SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Happy Beef, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
